ORDERS PLACED BY DECEMBER 15TH SHOULD ARRIVE IN TIME FOR HOLIDAYS - BUT DUE TO GLOBAL LOGISTICS ISSUES, HOLIDAY RUSH, WEATHER, AND ALL OTHER FACTORS OUT OF OUR CONTROL WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR ITEMS WILL ARRIVE IN TIME, EVEN IF EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS PURCHASED.

Shipping and Handling

In stock items are processed for shipment within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, we are unable to cancel, make adjustments, or combine it with another order.

Please note that the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond the control of Brass & Unity.

All jewelry and eyewear ship from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. International packages (including US packages) may be subject to duties, taxes and additional fees. Brass & Unity is not responsible for these additional costs.

Average North American delivery time is 3-5 business days. For international (outside of the US) shipments, expect a 12-21 business day delivery time. Please note that shipping upgrades are available — cost and shipping time will be quoted at checkout based on your location. Brass & Unity will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: orders@brassandunity.com

Please note: Apparel ships separately from jewelry and eyewear. Please allow 10-14 business days for apparel delivery.

Pre-Order Shipments

  • Payment for pre-order items are charged at the time of checkout, not when the item(s) ship.
  • All pre-orders will have an estimated shipping period listed. Please note that this timeline is not guaranteed.
  • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, both items will ship together when the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like your in-stock item sooner, please place two separate orders.

Defects and Damages

Brass & Unity strives to provide high quality items, however if any item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please let us know by emailing orders@brassandunity.com within 7 days of delivery.

Order Tracking Information

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been successfully placed.
  • If you need to adjust your online order, please contact orders@brassandunity.com.
  • Adjustments to orders must be made on the same day the order was placed.
  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct, as once the item has been dispatched we cannot redirect the order.
  • Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your invoice and tracking number.
  • We recommend saving the tracking number.
  • Once the shipping confirmation email is sent, changes can no longer be made to orders.
  • Some shipments may require a signature at the time of delivery.
  • If no one is present at the time of delivery the package will be held for pick-up and you will be notified by a placard at your home.

Warranty

For manufacturing defects, replacements are available within 1 month of purchase. Mirror lenses sunglasses and plated products are highly vulnerable to scratches and and other damage caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear do not make products eligible for warranty or exchanges. Should your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery: orders@brassandunity.com

All Brass & Unity items are covered for 1 year upon purchase. This warranty covers damages that have occurred outside of normal wear and tear within one year of purchase. Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use, fading, or the loss of screws/hardware due to neglect. For possible repairs and/or replacements, please contact us at orders@brassandunity.com. We will advise on next steps for having your piece repaired or replaced. Please include your full name, order number, shipping address and photo of the damaged item.

Sale and Promotions

Please note that all Sale Items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for refund, return or exchange. This includes items purchased during flash, holiday and sitewide sales. Discount codes and other promotions do not apply to Pre-Order items. Discount codes and other promotions (flash sales, sitewide sales etc.) do not apply to apparel.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are eligible within 10 days of delivery. To begin a return, please email orders@brassandunity.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior staff approval. Returns shipped prior to contacting us will not be accepted and returned to the sender. BRASS & UNITY will only accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition, including packaging. Items are subject to inspection upon their return. BRASS & UNITY reserves the right to refuse returned items should they not meet the above conditions. All returns must include the original packing list.

BRASS & UNITY does not offer refunds on shipping, duties or other additional fees. All return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.

If you are returning an item from outside of Canada, you must declare that the parcel is a RETURN on your customs declaration. If Brass & Unity incurs any duties or taxes for returned parcels, the amount will be deducted from your refund, or the parcel will be rejected.

All refunds (if applicable) will be applied in the form of payment used on the original order. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.
